Showed it to my daughter for the first time tonight and she loved it. :lol:

I got George Lucas to autograph a DVD in the local Boarders store. That story deserves its own thread though.

Dustin hoffman wore my fathers trench coat in the movie.
They shot a scene at the Fulton Fish Market, where my father was a wholesaler, and Mr. Hoffman didn't like the wardrobe, he saw my father and asked to borrow the coat.

Great story Mike...I like the lists presented.
Citizen Kane and the Manchurian Candidate are some of my favorites not listed. I also loved (the remake of) Oceans 11...Thought Carl Reiner stole the movie.
On the lighter side...One of my favorite movies as a kid was the Goonies. Of course we are not talking cinema at it's best here, but I still enjoy it to this day, and my kid loved it also.
