Hey guys. I'm looking for a decent springbar tool. I have mostly Rolex's and the newer ones have those little holes that you're supposed to put the tool in to remove the bracelets.

I've had 3 tools now. One of them broke and the other two have a prong end that is kinda fat. I need one that the claw end is very thin to slip in those holes.

I'd love one that was CONUS so it would get here quickly. Doesn't have to be super well made. I just want one that makes it easier to remove bands.

Any suggestions?

Was looking at this one...

Ok, ok... Quit yelling...

I was hoping to avoid the $12 shipping charge from Australia. $5 for the tool for members is good but...

Spend a bit more on the Burgeon version of this, as the Chinese version is made of softer metal, which tends to break after a while. I've gone through three of the Chinese made tools before I finally gave in and bought the Burgeon version. It's still going strong, and while I bought extra tips for it, I haven't yet had to change it out.

I use a modified push pin...cost? FREE!

I have that buyincoins one an its way too big for bracelet springbars but works fine on leather/rubber straps.

That's a good way to go, since it's the replacement tips which need to be made of high quality steel.

This is excellent advice...I went through several cheaper ones....bought the Bergeon and it was "game over".

Hi, If you want one of our spring bar tools, I can arrange to ship it in an envelope, not a bubblewrap parcel, and the Aust Post charge drops to $4.70. Just shoot an email or PM and I will arrange for you.

From a quality POV I think this tool is adequate, and certainly the best value we can source, short of buying "Swiss". I use it and probably fit a new forked tip every 6 months or so.
I will toss in a couple of extra tips to sweeten the deal.

Bergeon 6767-F
Got mine from eBay for £14 quid.
Definately the best and works perfectly on Rolex's.
