Can you recommend me a Dealer that is good at sourcing, but whom also has a decent command of the English language.

Many thanks.

Come on mate, these days the English of most TDs is really not that bad. Who had you issues with?

Why don't you learn Chinese then you don't have to rely on their use of English.

Just feel like I'm going around in circles with few of them. I'm allowed to have a preference of dealing with someone with whom I can communicate easily. I'd rather it not be a chore if I have other options.

You're allowed of course, it's just that I'm a little surprised. The vast majority of the dealers I've delt with had good enough English for what we had to do.

Maybe you could just try using simplest words. The other option being of course to learn Chinese. :)

Who is your dealer? I haven't such a problem with my dealer for the past 3 years...
I have to agree with Wiz, their English are good enough now...

Kindly note that you are not forced to buy and that the sellers are not forced to sell to you. Robert was an exemplary dealer on this behalf.

Your posting is plain arrogant. Our dealer's English may not be the best at times, but it is way better than your command of Chinese. And even your English leaves a lot to be desired. Teach yourself capitalization and the correct use of "whom", to start with.

That was exactly what I was thinking reading the OP´s post. Non native english speaker or poor education

I would not recommend anyone to you buddy because there is no way I would want any of our dealers having to put up with you. No doubt you will be the subject of a post in the dealer's lounge tonight and then good luck getting any of them to sell to you!

TB - I appreciate your comment, and looking back at my original post, I can see that it might have come off as arrogant - but this was not meant in the slightest. Having dealt with T4D, I can see that I was spoiled by a man that was an excellent dealer, and honest as well. I miss his character more than I do his watches.

Communicating with other dealers recently, I do find it pretty frustrating, I'll be honest. I make every question as straightforward as possible, and find myself receiving answers for questions I didn't even know I'd asked.

I wasn't insulting anyone's language skills. All I wanted to know was if there was a dealer that had a good command of English.

And to those that insulted my grammar, yes, my mother tongue isn't English.

Ha ha ha ha............Bell end !!!

It amazes how many people take the time and effort to learn the Queens English. I have dealt with a few Chinese "Dealers" over the years and have found each one to be polite & precise in their transmissions and communications.............Even though the REP'S where absolutely PANTS !!!

Anyway.........

I'm So Ronery
So ronery
So ronery and sadry arone

There's no one
Just me onry
Sitting on my rittle throne
I work rearry hard and make up great prans
But nobody ristens, no one understands
Seems like no one takes me serirousry

And so I'm ronery
A rittle ronery
Poor rittle me

There's nobody
I can rerate to
Feel rike a bird in a cage
It's kinda sihry
But not rearry
Because it's fihring my body with rage

I'm the smartest most crever most physicarry fit
But nobody else seems to rearize it
When I change the world maybe they'll notice me
But until then I'rr just be ronery
Rittle ronery, poor rittle me

I'm so ronery

I personally do not find the OP insulting, it seems to me that he just wanted to find someone he can communicate with after several failed attempts.
Our chinese dealers does commend a better english than I thought the poeple in China usually would, other than the elites.

Instead I find ckiffkool more insulting, unless its a failed sarcasm.

It seemed like a logical question to me. Not worth flaming him over.

There are a few dealers that become difficult to get across to when you're looking for something very specific, like a certain model, version number, or spare parts.

And I think Cliffkool was being a tad sarcastic......

If you check our trusted dealer list, you wil find Narikaa, Precious Time and WBK to be perfectly fluent, or in fact even based in England, respectively an English colony the US of A.

Generally I think our TDs understand and speak English quite well. If in doubt, just ask again or use plain sentences.

Edit: And most noteably: This is a hobby! You aren't buying spares for a Hadron Collider or a dialysis machine. Just saying ...
