It's a lack of common sense, patience & selfishness (not caring if they screw up PP for others). I waited for my CC refund, and had I not received it, I simply would have followed procedure and contacted Admin. Awesome job Admin on the quick banning!

when i was looking for a super avenger v2 , it was out of stock everywhere ,but a member told me that he bought 1 from puretime and it wasnt out of stock , so i sent puretime an email and ask about the watch , they said ,
yes! that same watch v2 is in stock , i didnt trust them , i bought from hont who told me straight that the watch was out of stock for some time ,
the other member got a different version from puretime
so at the end IT WAS OUT OF STOCK FRAUD

This can happen to any dealer. Nobody keeps all the watches on stock from the website where they advertise.

One model might be available now, but not available in 5 minutes, if you call that FRAUD, than I should make a list with members who asked some watches and later they said sorry, I cannot buy it, something came up. Now I have a watch which I cannot return/refund and this would happen several times a day if we wouldn't charge in advance, than once payment was received the dealer sources the watch, if ain't available than refund, and no FRAUD

^ agreed w/ Toro. It's just the nature of the beast. If the dealer offers a refund, no problems @ all. In fact Toro's refunds are instantaneous if you paid through PP. Of course I always want 3-4 watches at any given time, so picking a diff one is never really an issue for me!

Over the last month or two Ive seen TB have to pull the trigger on a number of people that were using two accounts, molesting goats or other general assholery. I dont know if its an increase or Im just noticing it more, but it reminds me of the debt of gratitude we regular users owe the mods and admins for policing this neck of the interwoods.

Back on topic...
I think a lot of times in these "the dealer is a fraud or screwing me or some other miscellaneous not-niceness" that the aggrieved party looks at just what happened to them. They never consider the intent of the dealer. I dont think any of the TD's we have around here go into a deal with the intent to take the money and run. We on the rep fora may be a small part of their sales, but we are a vocal part, and for the most part they all try to rectify problems or perceived problems as quickly as they can - for their own businesses sake.

You do, but if you factor in the fee to send the money, it's pretty much the same price as with going with another payment option; For card security though, you can't beat Western Union at this point. With no PP option at present, it's virtually the only game in town so to speak.
