Why isn't TD Watch International (Mary) on here?

I was browsing through RWG and they pretty much had the same TDs as we do. There was one that wasn't on RWI and that was Watch International. The person doing all the communications is Mary.
She seems pretty legit!
Plus she sells rep accessories which will add onto our small list of accessory TDs.

I've had dealings with her and she's always been reliable however I think she's had some communication issues in the past. I know quite a few probably don't remember Klink but he knew her quite well. I wonder how Phil is?

She's my "go-to" dealer...perhaps the best ever and if you need your hand held or have a million questions or request for parts or pretty much anything odd...Mary is the dealer for you! If she can't find it, then it doesn't exist anymore or never has.

As its pretty much a one-woman show you need patience and if you are a die-hard that needs timegrapher pics and fancy videos maybe you should look elsewhere.

BUT since she is right in Guangzhou she personally QC checks each piece herself and that is good enough in my books.

that being said, if she is trusted elsewhere (RWG) and most of us are all on all the forums then its the same difference really...

Bought all my reps through her, communication is fast and I appreciate that she tests the watches personally for a day or two before sending them out (Despite my irrational pleas to send them out immediately upon recieving QC pictures).

Well, I haven't had such a good experience with her. Just see these photos of the date wheel alignment and tell me if they should have passed QC.

I actually asked about the date wheel alignment on the QC photo she sent, and she purposely chose a specific date which looked good just so I would accept it. In order to get to that specific date, she had to go through the dates I'm showing below.

When I received the watch and saw the alignment, I was pretty cheesed off, and the watch is now back in China waiting to have the date wheel replaced. Actually, even when I contacted her, she essentially implied the alignment was "good enough" on many of the dates... you can judge for yourself how fantastic her QC standards are.

Ah, I believe you are talking about Ruby mate, not Mary.
Ruby is no longer a TD anywhere.

I must say, I like Mary and she can supply some nice stuff. However, my experiences with her have been mixed. Mainly to do with lack of QC. But that was a while ago, and I don't really know what she's like these days.

Mary - she is quite contrary.

First time i bought from her (over a year ago) there were problems with 2 watches.
Long story short, those problems still persist despite the promises.

She is the only dealer that I've got a beef with and I never want to deal with her again.

My first experience with Mary was interesting (QC issue). We have since worked that out and I now have two more pieces coming down the pipe from her. I'm continuing to play ball with her soley cause of her quick communication, I do hope the QC will be better though.

Mary has such good customer service, best one i've seen. She literally chat with you through email. She even stated to notify her when I have received the item i purchased to make sure everything is good.

Mary and her partner Rochest are very good. I would say their packing of watches is the best. Amazing really.

I use Mary and her husband Rochest, and Angus at PT exclusively. I got my ExpII, SeaDweller and VCO from WI iirc. I also have two PAMs inbound.
