Why post this? I'm willing to bet that most of these are low ball offers.
Low ball to me, means not willing to pay the asking price.

So please if in the future, you like a watch I'm selling, and someone posted "PM sent", contact me anyway.

What on earth is the point of posting that you sent a PM if it was a low ball offer? It only makes the seller have to go back to his thread and counter the "PM sent post with a "still available" post.
