I think the survey or any survey would be more accurate if it was totaled by transaction or at least separate questions for each dealer one has dealt with.. I've a very good experience with one dealer and a medium-good experience with another and zero experience with the other dealers.

I'd envision a feedback system more like Amazon or ebay. # of feedbacks and quality of feedback for delivery, QC, communication, web site, etc.

Every time I run these surveys someone says they could be better. I agree. But this is a start.
