As noted, Goin does nice work.
Vac in the USA is another option, but customs risks are less than Germany, but still existing. I think Vac has a work-around for the issue.

I think custom risk depends on which asia country u are sending from. I suppose some have lower risk.

Please don't refer people to Taka.
If you haven't read around, he has gone AWOL for over 3 months now.
Nobody has been able to get in contact with him, he has 10s and thousands of dollars worth of people's watches, crystals etc...
It looks real bad for people and their stuff.

At one point Goin sent his crystals to Taka. He no longer sends them to Taka and has since found another source.
In the last batch Goin sent to Taka, it took Taka almost 6 months to complete. My watches were in that batch.
So, long story short.... Goin is ok for A/R. Taka is not.
Which is true for everything related to this hobby, and we really all need to remember that reps are illegal in all countries on the globe, albeit in different ways for different places.
Expectations tempered, should be our motto.
Isn't Bonesy referring people to Goin though, not Taka, Unless I am having a brain fart moment.
I hope there is no issue with Goin as he 4 watches of mine, plus I paid him $1000 for the work I want done on them.

VAC uses Chief...who randomly does runs also, but slots fill fast, and takes also 3-4 months.

The good thing about Vac is that he has a better chance to get slots with Chief than we do as individuals going at it alone.
IMHO, Goin is a great value and his turn around time is among the best for full mods, but Vac is an artist, but with that art comes time and waiting because he's always super busy.
It becomes a delicate balance for these guys as they grow.... Quality versus speed versus adding more customers.
Eventually wait times grow, or quality drops, or worst of all... they burn out or disappear. All three scenarios lead to unhappy customers, but the lesser of the evils is to be ready to wait.
And waiting is the name of the game in this hobby!
