I took the screws out of my HBB V6 and now I am having trouble getting them back in properly. Of the 10 screws, it appears there are at least 3 different length screws and maybe 4 different lengths of screw.

2 screws are longer than all the others
2 screws that are slightly shorter and just about the same length as the longest 2 screws
4 screws that are shorter
2 screws that are the shortest of all

Can someone please explain to me where to place the different size screws around the bezel (6 screws) and the lugplates (4 screws)

Thank you

Got the screws back in after a little experimentation. It is obvious the 2 screws above the chronos are shorter, and it looks like the 4 screws that go on the lugplates that connect the strap are shorter. What is odd is that the other 4 screws on the bezel were not all the same size. 2 of them were a little larger than the other 2. I'm curious to hear if anybody else has noticed that w/ the 4 screws on the bezel sans the chrono(I am a novice when it comes to Hublot). I wonder if it is meant to be that way on all models and the gen, or if the QC is just that poor and the quality that bad on the screws coming out of the Chinese factory?

I know that the screw near the datewheel for the bezel is usually shorter...

Usually the bezel screw @2 and @4 near chrono pusher are shorter.
And the other 4 bezel screw are long.
The lugplate screw are short too, but the same all four.

TRY AS FOLLOWS:
- The 2 first screw and the following 2 in the bezel. But not in the @2 and @4 position (chrono pushers)
- The 4 shorter to the lug plates
- The last 2 screws for the bezel positions @2 and @4

Next time you must classify the screws when disassembling !!!

Thanks for the help!

After reading through other threads and this one, it absolutely looks there are 4 long screws for most of the the bezel, 2 short for chrono side of bezel, and 4 lugplate screws of mid size.

However, these screws on the V6 are not of high quality. 4 bezel screws are supposed to be long, but I found that 2 of the 4 were a little shorter than the others. This is a great watch but when you take apart the watch and inspect things like the screws, you start to see that this is NOT exactly fine swiss craftmanship being done here in these Chinese factories ;) It is a beautiful watch but really is a jewelry item as the functional quality and quality control is iffy at best.

Do you really expect any different thing??
Two screw a little shorter is not a big flaw in the rep world (I think even in the gen world) !!
