It's not plausible but they replicated the HBB tourbillon, and Pams are even hotter than Hublots right now so who knows?

Maybe they can use the same skeleton movement they put in the Breguet and HBB tourbillons...

The HBB tourbillon rotates in the same axis as the movement of the ballance wheel, the panerain tourbillon rotates n a completely different axis. I cant think of any asian movement that has a tourbillon of that maner.
