288K vs 351m (poll)

Needing a quick inquiry fellas!

I'm ready to jump in another Pam and I've narrowed down to two. However, I need advice from people that have either or preferrably both. I can stare at pics and stats all day but real-life experience beats both.

The criterias are but definitely not limited to: which is dressier, closest to gen, able to fit under a dress-shirt, eye-catching....Any other angles I didn't add are def welcome!

I might get both, but I'd rather just get one for now

The 351 is my favorite with that mini fiddy case that is fine brushed and polished bezel on top just pops!

Same debate for me over the same 2 watches about 2 monthes ago. Finally went with the 351...its a little more versatile then the 188, which in my opinion is a full blown dress watch despite having the chrono.

I'm biased towards the 288k, but it kinda ticks the boxes you mentioned:

1.) Dressier - IMHO, yes! Slap on a good, dress-leather strap and you're good to go. No thick lugs or crown guards to tip it towards the tool/ diver look.

2.) Closest to gen - not sure bout the 351, but the 288k is so freakin' close, I can't tell the diff (having said that, I do suspect the serial engraving may give it away)

3.) Able to fit under a dress shirt - Depends on your cuff size But, should be possible with the right strap (and no lugs to get in the way!)

4.) Eye-catching - hell yeah! The AR is incredible, the dial pops, love the second hand which has been brushed just-so and how it catches the light

Sorry, i'm gushing.....but I love the damn thing.

I prefer the 288k. I find it more unique in design.

The 351 is nice too, but very similar to the 111, except for the date and the 9

You'll be OK with any of them

This is a very close polling! This tells me that either rep would be a good choice!

How tall does the 288K wear? Can someone relate it to another rep? Does it wear like an AP ROO or taller? Any pics of it zoomed out?

Does the gold hands of the 351 stand out? Sort of like how a blue sub-c stands out? I'm assuming this feels and wears like my old DSN 112...

I just voted for the 351. LHOOQ's photography skills almost converted me to the 288 though.
