Vac-Lumed BR 03-92!

We all know how bad B&R rep lume is. I recently got an 03-92 from PureTime and the movement was acting a little strange so I sent it to Vac for a service and re-lume.

I owned a gen 03-92 for a bit and Vac's lume is much stronger. This baby is a torch!

These pics were shot on my new SLR, the last photo is what it looks like to the naked eye in the dark. (Also, the crown was pulled out to get 10:10 shots.)

It took about 7 weeks, but I knew there would be a delay before I shipped it out. I was so impressed with the work, I'm thinking about sending my 02-92 to be re-lumed and maybe AR'd.

I've been going through my gen B&Rs pretty quickly. I had a white 01-92, sold it, got a 03-92, sold that a week later and now I picked up an 01-92 carbon, arriving on Monday. Hopefully I'll have that for a while

Sorry, not for sale. This is going to be my daily watch, so I don't put too much wear on the gen I've been searching for.

I also just put an order in for an 03-92 Military with Josh. He promised me he had one in stock, so we'll see if he keeps his promise .

Actually, I just put an order for an 01-92 SS with Angus tonight, so there's a good chance this will end up on the sales section in a few weeks. Don't worry I'll baby it so it can arrive like new

This re-lume cost $135, he quoted my $135 for my BR 02 as well.
