I have a blue croc and a St Exupery coming in and can do better than that.

Humm...A little hard to tell... I've never seen a 5002(white stitch) strap in person..
I think by the rivets this may be a rep or aftermarket... Do you know? Would be interesting. The rivets definitely look different than my gen BP>

I have a BP (5004-black stitch) that's going up for sale for less than the regular retail (450-500+) if you can find them...I'm gonna try to get it in the sales thread by tomorrow...It's really nice...

The stitches are not white but cream (poor light here in London these days). I have been told that this is the very much sought after 5002 brown buffalo strap IWA05943 (the 155 version). I think IWC changed the straps for the 5002 in 2005/6, and it appears that this one cannot be ordered from AD anymore. In fact, I rang Wempe in London and they told me that they do not have any in stock and that they can only re-order the standard brown one.

Anyway, I bought it (it is brand new). I have a black croco on my BP that I love, so I am not sure I am going to keep this one.

Wow...yeah that makes sense! It's really nice. I've found that the Gen BP's are smaller in size...Like the taper length from the lug compared to HK Tan's but HK really does make some great straps! Really cool strap man and thanks for the info...

Yes alvinado. Now confirmed Gen. IWC part number IWA 05943.
