i have a breitling ultimate but donot know what version i have. is there any tells to know which one i have ? my dial is the black number dial. the lume under tha 6 and 9, etc look off like a deformed nipple.

It's very unfortunate that they haven't started consistently shipping out SAs with the 2 piece baton (as per gen) yet. That, and the never quite perfectly aligned datewheel (though I know I could have had that part fixed) always got to me. When I can afford to get an SA again, I have a 3 part check list. Gen bracelet (just feels SO much better than the rep one), gen dial (you can pick one up for a decent price). Lastly, while I'm having the dial put on, get the date wheel aligned and the movement serviced. It may and up costing as much as a used gen PO, but it'll be amazing IMHO.
Damn, that was my first watch related post here in MONTHS. lol

What can and cant I do for mods with this v2? I first want to switch the dial. Then the bezel. Is the bezel switchable ?

If I cant put a gen bezel. Can the v2 accept a aftermarket oem bezel or a diamond bezel ?

I don't think so as per what I read at Repgeek ...
You can mod and change for a gen bezel a V1 and a V3 but not a V2 ...

Hi Folks,

finally joined the SA club =) Delighted with the blacksteel.

Can anyone confirm quality of bezel's on these watches? Certainly seems a lot looser and has vertical play between casing and bezel in comparison to my chronomat B01.
