Rehaut engraving

Hey folks!

Sorry for asking such a stupid question, but when looking for a nice Rolex rep I realized that nearly all models do have serious problems with the correct rehaut engraving / allignment. What's the deal with it? Why do the factories mess such an important thing up? It can't be that difficult to correctly allign the rehaut or am I wrong? I mean, they pay attention to so many things when building their reps, but they totally neglect the rehaut allignment.

Do you know of any models having a correct rehaut engraving? On some pics it seemed to me that some DJs or Milgaus ProHunter had correct rehaut engravings.

Important...really? I have heard a lot of analness about this ole rehaut...
it's prolly because it's a replica.

I like that its there, cant tell with out loupe really if it "off"....though i can see how some would obsess over it, i do on other things.

The rehaut engraving is a minor tell IMO..

No rehaut engraving..This is the best rolex rep for this money..Or the Milgauss..

The noob sub is also about 140$..Really decent..If you want the best sub though, pm BK in the trusted dealers area..

Also away from the ceramic ones..Out of the box IMO they are not so good..

Why fix it when they are already making a lot of money off them as they are? "Why spend money if you don't need to?" is the chinese rep maker mentailty

The DJII and DDII and 39mm Explorer I are about as good as it gets atm, though.

My TW Sub and MBW Sub both have perfect alignment, but that's the exception rather that the rule. Rehaut engraving being off is no more of a tell than the side links of your SEL not being gold. We all have our own nits to pick it seems. Personally, it drives me nuts to look at my Noob Explorer with the rehaut engraving being way off like it is.
