Sterile watches/reps

I searched this, but came up with nothing along the lines of what I'm hoping to find out....

I know that a lot of the factories in China offer OEM or custom design, and I know that there are SOME sterile watches around that are merely the watches we salivate over daily minus the branding/logos, but what I'm wondering is does anyone know of a dealer or at least a place to start with regard to sourcing some of these watches?
