Especially because there's always going to be another tell unless it's gen. Anyone that knows you have a WM pearl is going to know your rehaut engraving is fake, etc.
You can spend $2-300 on a good rep that's 95% gen like.. Those other 5% is where you pay dearly. That last 5% has rarely been worth it to me.
Guys, initially my thinking was like you. Thinking it's crazy to spend some gen parts on and hit the roof of $1k for a rep. But you must consider another $600- $700 are actuall gen parts which means, if you lost interested you can take it out and sold off with value of little loss a or same amount back.
After witnessing how some Franken easily sold off for a grand or more in RWI sales thread. I am convinced spendin money on gen parts to Franken it is worth it. End of the day, you can easily recoup all yr money sunk in by resale it.
Becos a Franken is not easily bought over just like some $300-$400 good rep from dealer. It maybe one of the few kind in the world which is build and choose with parts around it by you. They are highly sought after and the best part is they are very hard to be call out. Usually a Franken is build with all the bad rep parts eliminated leaving out those which rep manufacturer can replica properly or correctly retain. This means even a season gen dealer can be fool easily by your watch.
Thanks to RWI, I learn alot and now I know what I want.
