I don't quite think a watch having flaws is grounds for a refund. You bought a ~$100 watch and expect perfection, get your head straight.

I needn't say anything more; the lashings you're about to get from some of the chaps around here will set you straight I'm sure.

This should have been addressed with Narikaa by email and not a new thread asking him to respond.
Dealers typically don't have the time to monitor all the forae waiting for an opportunity to respond.

With that being said, what is the problem with your watch? Please post pics and explain what is so awful.

Since you started this thread by insinuating a TD sent an obviously awful watch, I feel it only fair that we get to see the piece of crap you received. "Not impressed" does not in itself constitute a reason for a return. This hobby is nothing like Amazon or Walmart.

Sorry didn't know how it worked here. I did send him an email and seeing how I found him on this site and they had a spot for me to give feedback to him I figure he looks at it. I have since spoken by email and sent pics and awaiting a response. "Who cares what I paid for it" if a customer is unhappy with the purchase I'm not entitled to a refund? I'm not trying to start a war or anything every forum is different

on The BMW-M3 forum when you have a dealer that is listed as a vendor normally you respond back and forth through the forum because to start it puts the problem out there if there is any and give a chance for the vendor to corrected if need . Which makes them get more business because they will stand behind there product they are selling which makes us the buyer feel real safe about ordering from the particular vendor.

Also there is another vendor that sell this model watch for the same price if not cheaper and has non of the flaws or miss prints as the one I received but I will wait until the vendor gets back to me and let you know how everything was taken care of. Sorry once again if I have offended anyone I really did not mean to just trying to get the information out there to whom I bought from and other potential buyers.

also the title of the thread was to the vendor asking him to take a look I didnt know that it would bring such an outlash. if a mod wants to delete he can... I just honestly didnt know that was a no-no on this forum I dont spend much time on many forums other then to look for car , motorcycle parts and now for a new watch.

Question of the day remains: did tne photo of the watch you have ordered have the "big flaws" as well, or was it only the watch which was after all posted to you? You have to do your research before ordering, albeit the BMW-M3 forum, these items are COUNTERFEIT goods, not 100% legitimate.

Process is, if you have any problems:
1. Contact seller in PM/email.
2. give time for them to respond and try to work out a solution. Shouting about a refund is only possible if you ha e not sized/tried/worn etc... The watch (usually)
3. If no solution is found, contact a moderator here
4. If still no solution is found (highly doubt it would happen...) go public

BTW, I'm pretty sutre that this is said in the first posts which someone need to read before starting to post anyting on a forum.

Feedback is generally intended for the level and quality of service provided, not for quality of item received.

This is not the type of hobby where every single piece of item gets checked thoroughly.

Few months back, when i ordered an auto (21J) watch from a particular dealer, i was sent a quartz. Every fiber of my being wanted to post a feedback and bash the dealer for such an obvious mistake, but i held back and communicated with the dealer privately. Thankfully, dealer was responsive and the matter was resolved amicably.

And, as always, pictures help.

I've dealt with narikaa before, and i really doubt you were sent a lemon. I hope all this gets resolved peacefully and remember from now on that writing negative feedback is the last resort.

What do you mean by flaws? Is the watch actually damaged? Or are there flaws such as the logo is not 100% correct or the lume is not the right colour? If its the latter then that's rep watches for you. If its the former you have grounds to say something if its damaged. Other than that I don't think topics like this do any favours for anyone.
Things like this should be handled via email and if that doesn't get you any where your next step would be the mods here.

well thank you guys, sorry like I said I'm not trying to bash or offend anyone. I have talk to the seller and sent pics and we have come up with a solution although he is far east I will be waiting for him to return and then shipping the watch back to him for him to check to make sure there are no scratches on my part and will be accepting it back - a restocking fee which I thought was fair. Thanks again everyone I am new to this and learning as I go along.
