I was searching also, and from what I have learned the only way to get the proper dial face is to buy a replacement direct from breitling. The sticks on the replicas are the incorrect shape.
Here is a image of the genuine on the left and the replica on the right. You can see how the replica has the wrong sticks.
I think there are people here who do this modification for a fee.

It looks to be accurate? I'm not quite sure if there are separate sticks or it could be due to the lighting too. Can someone that have this confirm? If it's good I'll probably just order this along with an extra bracelet.

The reason I see the sticks as not accurate is because there is no space between them. If you goto breitlings website you can see the dial face between the sticks. On the replica, the sticks look like they are connected to each other. The space is missing and is just a groove rather than being able to see down to the dial. It is more evident on dial faces that are dark in color. the white face does not look as prominent in the discrepancy.

Looks a little better, but my eye still says it is off on the sticks. I ended up going with numbers on dial because I could not find accurate sticks.
The earlier ones had one piece sticks, newer ones have 2 peice sticks but the Chinese don't always get them lined up properly. Also the rep has a beveled date window that the gen doesn't have. I have seen some decent rep sticks dials but the best option is to get a gen dial off the bay.
