Problem with my panerai flyback

I bought this watch from Josh. I have not emailed him yet because I have had it
for at least six months. The movement is working great...but the "Luminor"
type on the watch face has loosened and is now tilting . I am wondering if I can
get into this watch and fix it myself or if this can be done reasonably by someone
on the board. Really like this watch and would like to make it right

You mean the "LUMINOR Regatta" and "PANERAI Flyback" are just glued in the dial? I can't really see it in your picture it still looks like straight to me.

I thought the inscription are printed in the dial. You need a GS hypo cement to stick this up.

the letters are definitely stuck on in the individual lines of type. It must be the angle of the photo because it really is obviously crooked in real time...no pun intended...how can I get at this and fix it.
