Was it in a sales thread perhaps?
If so, I can see how that could be taken as thread crapping.
If not, then I have no idea.
Are you sure it actually posted? Often I have hit Submit and the cogs turn but it never shows in the thread.
In any case I wouldn't be too worried about it.
