It's been nearly 4 weeks since I placed my order for over $800. It's been 12 days since there has been any update on the EMS tracking site with the last status in Guangzhou. At first everyone replied quickly, now getting a reply is like pulling teeth. What to do? The reviews for these guys are good, but I am not having a good experience, and now I am worried I may be going to have trouble.

Don't worry, you will get your order. EMS shipping is fickle like that, sometimes it takes days, other times it takes weeks.

Hrmm, ok, i'll try to keep being patient. I'm just worried that the status hasn't updated on their site in almost two weeks. Is that normal? I have 3 watches coming and I am very excited to get them!
I ship stuff at my work all the time and EMS is very hit or miss. As mentioned before, sometimes takes days and ive seen numerous times taking up to 6 weeks.
Yeah, given the choices we have, EMS all the way. I recently had a cheapo shipped piece take 2 months to get here...with no tracking at all!
I wouldn't call EMS unreliable, more like unpredictable, but you will get your items...eventually.
I'm not a patient person by nature, so it's hard for me too, especially if it's something I'm really excited to get.
I'm in the same boat as you (although admittedly not as long) - also in the Carolinas, my ems had info on the 15th and 16th and then nada - USPS has same exact info.
I think right before it's delivered info will show up on USPS, unless DHL delivers it.

I tried punching it in USPS but it just shows its in China. I'll post when I get the package. It's 3 watches so obviously I am very anxious.

I ordered two watches from the us. One on the 31 may, one on the 20 june.
I got the latter on monday. The first one still hasnt come out of customs, even though it is a gen.
EMS shipping times are all over the shop. But I definately hope you get them, an 800 loss would be a hobby breaker for me

Just like everyone said, the watches came I'll take pictures soon. I've bought 8 watches in the last 60 days and filled my winder.

Package was sent, QC was sent, and so as far as they're concerned, their job is done.
If they responded to everyone who emailed them about lack of EMS updates, rate of response to actual queries will be affected.
So, while i understand the anxiousness that comes with waiting for a $800 package, on our side we should acknowledge that once shipped, package is our of their control.

i think someone should close this thread, this issue was solved weeks ago and I received an excellent product. I think the thread may unfairly impact the seller.
