Hey, hey... after the loooooooooonnnnng wait (I have ordered on May 2, paid on May 3) my homage from Getat has eventually made it to my post office!!!

Nice little piece. I was affraid that the boxy case of the "luminor" style would look large at 44mm, but hell no, it even verges on "smallish"

It's nice, with only two problems : the crystal has no AR and is not very clear and the side of the case, between the lugs, is not perfectly finished (and ends up eating the strap... ).

The strap is surprisingly nice... I'll keep it on for the time being! Now, on to the pics

I really dig titanium... It's warmer than steel in all ways, to the eye and to the touch... durable, anallergic, light!

I think I will really love that watch... plus the 6947-2 from sea-gull is a really dependable movement... just winding it is pure joy!

The light was nice this evening... So new shots...
This is really growing on me...

I'm more than happy, particularly with the movement... It's feeling much better than the 6497 found in my reps... it's smoother when winding, ticks less noisily, seems to keep great time... (3 or 4 seconds gained since I've got it, two days ago)

I love how the darkish warm colour of the case complements the "seal brown" (a slightly redish dark brown that lightens a bit when twisted) strap (real nice surprise, this one!).
