A few days ago I received a GMTIIC with the Asian copy ETA movement.

It is now clear that the GMT hand is seriously slow and thus useless. I have understood this to be a common problem with the movement (found out after I bought... :( ).

The question now is: Should I send it back to the dealer or should I send it to Domi?

Since it's brand new I'd send it back to TS. They sent you a watch that doesn't work correctly so they should fix or replace it.

I bought the same watch from them last last and it was fine. ;)

Send it back. I've only had problems with 1 (out of 10+) "GMT" eta movements so far, and the one that is problematic has proven nearly unfixable.

Bum. I hate to have to do this.

Not good news if it cannot be fixed as I bet they will try. Then I will get it back and the same will happen again.

For now I have sent a mail to the dealer to inform about the problem.
