Hello from Scotland!

Hi folks,

Some of you may know me from RWG but I've never posted on RWI until now, even although I've been a member (or lurker :blushed for some time!

For those of you who don't know me, I've been into reps for about a year now and have built up a nice collection (IMHO ) with a particular bias towards Breitlings - the best of which is the yellow Seawolf in my sig pic!

Hopefully I will have time to post regularly on RWI as well as RWG - my wife already tells me to get a life rather than spend so much time on "the watch forum" so another half hour here or there isn't going to hurt! :lol:

Answer:
Although Scotland speaks English, it includes many localized slangs for greetings from Gaelic.

Basically, the "hello" in Scottish Gaelic is not that different: halò.
