where is the best place to get a Rep Pam DLC'd or PVD'd?

Taka does it, Avitt as well. Awesome DLC coating, way nicer then PVD if you ask me.

Both does some excellent work, so those are your best choices :)

if sent assembled you are probably looking close to $400. I bought it already done. :)

EDIT: he's currently already in the beginning of a DLC run so you would have to wait for the next round... not sure when that will be. another month i would guess?

Here's a quote from him...
The price for a complete case set with buckle runs from $315 to $375+ (if you break the watch down, and send me just the parts to be coated). At the lower end of the range are rep Luminor cases. At the upper end are genuine chronographs.

so not quiet $400.

haha... i just got it monday and have been wearing it ever since. I love it and im not sure if i'll ever let this go. It also has a swiss 6497.
