Which mod should I contact about a dealer issue?

Hi guys,

I've been having trouble getting a repaired watch back from a trusted dealer who now says they didn't receive it. Thing is, he already sent me pictures upon receipt ages ago.

I've sent him another email to show that he did indeed get my watch, so I'll see how he responds, but in case I need to ask a mod for help, is there someone in particular I should turn to in my time of trouble?
