I've been getting the server busy message also. I've learned to copy anything I'm replying before submitting just in case it gets lost.

I think VIPs should be given the high-speed access, and all others the "server busy" access.

+1 and i've learned that if you just submitted a long piece and it craps out you can just press the back button and should keep all your writing intact.

Been happening a lot to me here in PA as well, esp. during the day, when the bulk of those "server busy" messages appears. Sometimes at night, too. Not certain... .
