Omega Globe on UPO caseback

Try as I may, I can't seem to find a dealer that offers a 45mm UPO with a caseback that has the Omega Globe on it; I've looked throughout the forum, but no luck. I've seen that the 4th gen 42.5mm (don't really know if it's an "ultimate" version) has it etched on its caseback, but i'm stuck on that 45mm. Can any of you guys help point me in the right direction or give any ideas on this? I'm unsure if the 42's caseback will fit the 45, but if that's possible, anyone have suggestions on a dealer that might be willing to interchange one?

The 42mm caseback won't fit the 45.5mm.

I have seen the globe on the 45.5 chrono PO's though.

Lol, I know that sounded like a "uh, duhh..." question as far as the 42 caseback on 45... the math just doesn't quite add up, does it (I had a brain fart) but figured I'd ask anyway... just in case. Thanks tho.
