common problems is that alignment of the 12 oclock marker with the chronos second hand not fully resetting to the 12 oclock position, I am request a better frontal picture..

Some folks mentioned to me that this might be the older dial since the numerals are matte finish and not chrome (shiny) finished. Anyone confirm?
Just spoke to the dealer, the v2 has more of a chrome look to it, the v3 doesn't have the shiny numerals. no worries, I am swapping a gen dial in. need to confirm the chronos hand reset's properly.

If you are swapping in a gen dial then it does not matter if the chrono is resetting to exactly 12 because the hands have to come off to switch dials and the modder should correctly line up the chrono hand when it is replaced.

How is the rep version compared to the gen? More importantly is the gen worth $300+ more? Only gen strap I'm likely to buy is the diver pro particularly as the rep version cost pretty much the same as the gen once you add shipping.
Honestly there is a difference, some visual, but mostly the feel of the bracelet. 400$ justified? not sure, but it's an easy upgrade to do. rep one goes for 80$
I got the rep v3 bracelet for $70 from PT but maybe I got a discount because I picked it up with a V2 SA on rubber.
