What timezone is your GMT set to?

On my glycine (see avatar), main time is local time, GMT in red, and the bezel time normally set to my olds back in Brazil..... It's nice to track 3 time zones with no adjustment.... When I travel, depending on the length of stay I adjust just the bezel or the main hands,,, just the bezel is easier for shorter trips....

I don't know, I may be even worse. The GMT hand on my 088 is being used as a 24-hour hand... so when I have to wind/re-set I can tell if it's AM or PM before setting the date. :facepalm:
