Hi guys, thinking of getting DSSD ultimate but don't know whether shall get the Swiss ETA or Asian 3135 to have a complete Rolex.

Rolex 3135 movement is very precise and have the sharp date change which ETA can't do it.

Anybody has experience dealing with clone one?

Get the "ETA"! Btw. if you mean the date change at exactly 12 'o clock... the eta does this too.

from what i understand the asian 3135 is not a clone of the rolex 3135, it is just a reg clone movement that is modified and decorated to make it look like a rolex 3135.

I've owned the Day/Date for close to a year now with the Asian 3135 ... date and day changes are crisp and the watch is EXTREMELY accurate ... maybe I got lucky!

Even if it works, why pay extra for it? It still looks nothing like a 3115 and since a Rolex has a closed caseback anyway what is the point?

The clone 3135 will give you peace of mind, that you have something that will fool you into believing that you have a real Rolex movement. Yes, I just wrote that, but could not keep a straight face while writing it....HAHAHAHAHA!

I have never had a person walk up to me and say "ooh nice watch! Now take the back off so I can see if its real"

3135 clone will not fool the AD at all. So I guess the only person left is yourself and having the clone 3135 peace of mind, is worth the extra money to some.....I guess......

I had to learn the hard way that no matter how franken it may be, a REP is still a REP!
