Puretime website down?

I cannot connect to the Puretime website since early morning of today.

Anybody else having problems with www.puretimewatch.com?

Down for me all yesterday morning, but afternoon ok.

Send Angus about 3 emails over last 3 months (last one yesterday) none of them replied to, I hear he's busy with lots of emails.................just none of them mine!

I've sent him numerous emails over the last month, a few due to an issue i had and they were all replied within 48 hours.

Well I send them via a private email account and via my works account, all emails sent my end and no replies.

I actually like the look of Puretime and want/ed to order from them, shame really....

I had one that went a week without being answered. I sent a second, and he responded within 10 minutes. The next 4 emails were instant response. Then two days later, I got a response on the original 9 day old email.

When he was responding fast, his site was working. I wonder if his email's on the same server.

Hi SMIDSY, I just used the the link when looking at a particular watch i.e. if you wanted to ask a technical question regards a particular watch, then send, it then prompts your message has been forwarded and someone will get back soon.

Do you think there is a problem with the link? ive sent several over 2/3 months and on different watches/links.

If anyone has a Angus's direct email, greatly appreciated.

Again, im not having a go at Puretime, ive heard and had nothing but recommendations to use them, I just go no replies, but prompts 'will shortly'.

I had some issues getting to Puretime this past weekend, I was a little worried as I had just placed an order. However, the site was back on Monday and I got an email that my watch had shipped early Tuesday morning. The wait begins!

I had good luck, and fast replies contacting Angus prior to placing my order at [email protected]
