i recently made a large order from trevor (http://forum.replica-watch.info/vb/forumdisplay.php/trevor-watches-66) 11 reps in total (shipping to various addresses) anyways i saw he was a trust rep both on here and re[geek. his communication was great and after i sent the payment (pp) i had couple more emails with him then nothing. my last email from him was march 9 nothing since. i have even checked when was the last time he logged on repgeek and it was march 10.

should i be worried? how long should i wait before i do a dispute through pp? should i even bother with a dispute?

for the time being im not too worried yet since this occured through the weekend. but any ideas or suggestions?

thanks

First - no need for a PP dispute, that's a fast way to get blacklisted by pretty much all the dealers. Did you receive tracking information? If you did I'd give it another week or so...the packages may show up before he gets back to you. If not, I'd wait another day or two and then consider getting the moderators involved...

I have dealt with him and he will pull through.

Just remember you are not the only person he deals with and I am sure he goes through his emails with priority towards new buyers.

Did you ask for QC pics before he sends them off as trevor will do it if you ask?

Also, I think when it comes to buying from any dealer that communication drops to almost non-existent after you send your money. Don't take any offense to it. That's just how the game is played.

Here was how my transaction went down with trevor..

Oke, for starters, DO NOT file a PP dispute. That is a quick way to be sure no dealer sells you a watch ever again. The guy is a dealer here and at RG. That means he sells 10s of 1000s of watches to our combined membership every year so yes, people have bought off him. If you spend a bit of time and read the forum you would know that in the case of dealer issues the staff are here to help. We can talk to the dealer in question on your behalf and sort out the problem. No dealer is going to risk his or her continued presence at a place worth maybe 100k turnover a year for the sake of 11 watches so problems get fixed.

To contact the staff you need to take out a support ticket at the RWI Help Desk here: http://www.motives.se/rwi/helpdesk/ and one of the staff will look into it for you. You need to provide full details of what is going on, order number, PayPal receipt number and what has happened (or not happened as the case may be). For example we need to know what communication there has been and when it stopped. Copies of PMs and emails can help in this and can be emailed to the staffer looking after you once contact has been established via the help desk.

To think your money is gone is almost funny, why do you think they are called trusted dealers and why do you think this board is here? Now, take out a ticket and we fix.

Regards, Col.

PS: 11 watches to different addresses? If you are doing a spot of dealing my son trust me, it isn't worth the hassle. Especialy if you now have people asking where the hell their watch is.

thanks for the info about the mods helping out. this is my second purchase and thats why i posted about the procedures, as i said im not too worried yet

Someone's reselling watches and now has his "customers" breathing down his back.

im not reselling anything me and a bunch of friends got together to make one order to get better deals on a larger order. but thanks for just assuming and not asking

another reason why i shipped to different addresses is because im afraid of customs.

anyways thanks for all the help this really puts my mind at ease
