Need a longer 0.20mm post for seconds hand

So a while ago I kinda fubed up my chrono seconds hand for a high beat a7750 movement.. Specifically, I broke the post off and it disappeared into oblivion..

so.. apparently these high beat a7750's need longer posts on the chrono seconds hand.. so when I purchased a 0.20mm seconds hand from elsewhere, the post wasn't long enough and the thing didn't go on.

so two questions:
Where do get a new post from that will fit this movement's chrono/center seconds hand?

If I need to get another hand, rather than just a post, what's a good way to remove the post from the hand to put it on my new one?

Thanks for any help!

I'm referring to the cylinder thing that's on these hands:

Basically the thing that actually fits ONTO the canon pinion

A "post" is the only name I know of.. if there's a more common name please let me know.

Thanks everyone

Not sure how it's called in English, I call it the "tube".

I've been told about the procedure once but I can't remember exactly how it is... All I can remember is that a special tool is requiered, and that it sounded quite tricky :)

I think you need to replace it with a staking tool. Francisco has a tutorial on it. Maybe you can get him to replace it for you.
