Watch never arrived

Bought the following watch from replicamake over 6 weeks ago. Item number 3123.

1 x TAG01008 TAG HEUER CARRERA AUTO SWISS ETA 2836-2 BLACK () = US $248.00

Received an email saying order received 10/1/11. Received an email saying money received and watch dispatched 13/1/11. Since then watch hasn't arrived. Have replied to emails asking what is going on and estimated delivery date on multiple occasions but no response. Have emailed the general email account on the website but no response. As a first time buyer is this what i should expect and where do i go from here?

Did you get a shipping/tracking number with your email confirmation?

Contact a moderator here on the forums, if you are not getting any responses. Aside from that the only other advice I have is to be patient.

Title should be "Watch hasn't arrived YET". You're ordering from another country. It takes a long time sometimes. Sometimes packages get lost, or seized. Sometimes they take MONTHS to arrive. You should have gotten a tracking #, if not PM Lay here. You might get a response that way

yea look i'm not trying to demean your assertion, but i had a set of watches sent back to the dealer as uncollected. they never came to my town. but it's not the dealers fault at all. he was really cool. and said he would re-send them for no extra cash. great guy. really impressed. this may not relate to you, but this idea does; it's ok. just chill and it will be resolved. sure the watches may be gone forever but who knows? maybe they will show up tomorrow after you have a few watches to wear the waiting is more easy. if this is your first i'm sorry. but still just chill. order another if your wrist feels naked or go to the nearest AD and but a tissot

Also, login to your account on: http://www.replicamake88.com/ then click on "view messages" from the right menu. In there you should find your tracking number. With the tracking number go to: http://www.ems-tracking.net/ and put in your tracking number to see exactly where in transit it is.

Remember you've had Chinese New Year between then and now as well. In China and other Asian countries, it's even more of a festive time than Christmas is here in Western countries. Delays during that time of year are unavoidable and such delays have been discussed here before.

My advice - Don't panic, be patient, and if you haven't received it by the 10 week mark (that's an arbitrary timeframe I just plucked out of my subconscious) then take the matter further. Trusted dealers are trusted for a reason. If something's gone terribly wrong I'm sure they'll make it right. After all, if they don't then they lose business.
