Has anyone seen this? It is pretty damn impressive. The hand ticks so smoothly! Such a revolutionary movement. [ame="http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FXNneAi9bDs&feature=related"]YouTube - The making of the SEIKO Ananta[/ame]

That watch costs a little fortune!!! Impressive indeed though and Seiko should be recognized for it more than it is now!

expensive little buggers
Yup. They are a stock line of Seiko AU so one of the big ADs in Sydney should have them in stock. If you realy want one let me know I may be able to get a good price.

I would buy a watch with a spring drive if the watches actually looked half decent

although the spring drive is an amazing movement. I would love to see some rep makers rep it but that would be an amazing feat.

Yeah I actually thought Rolexes had a sweep like that when I started. Was disappointed to find out they're mostly not like that at all. Still better than the one per second sweep on cheapies though!
