Hamilton 921 into a 44mm Pam possible?

howdy.

thinking of trying to take a Hamilton 917 or 921, probably the 921, and
stuff it into a 44mm Pam Luminor case. is that possible?

I'd be probably using a gen dial, rep hands, rep case, rep rest of watch.

thoughts would be greatly appreciated, and also thoughts on who you think
would be best in the US for me to send this stuff to to have the work done.

Mmmmm not sure about the 921. The 917 will fit for sure but it needs to be taken apart so the main plate can be shaved otherwise it doesn't fit. I'd be more worried about the stem position than the fitting and all.

well 917 and 921, and I think also 923 are all size 10 movements, so I figured if the
917 would fit, the 921 would too.

I've seen them in 47mm pams, just not sure if I've seen them in 44mm or not,
can't remember I guess.

all 3 movements can be made to fit.
check in the vintage watch section....

awesome, any suggestion of who I should have do the fitting for me?
I'm too noob to mess something that nice up.
