I can answer some of your questions:
It wears huge and heavy. It is NOTHING like any other Rolex, and lacks the quiet sophistication which make Rolex what it is, which is why I literally gave mine away to another member after never wearing it out of my bedroom.
Yes - sapphire crystal.
NO REP IS WATER RESISTANT UNTIL YOU PERSONALLY HAVE IT TESTED!! Many DSSDs suffer from leaks at the non-sealed fake He valve, so they should never be trusted even for rigorous hand washing.
This is a standard Noob Factory DSSD. A nice watch but the bezel engraving is a bit thin. Also on this one, the rehaut is misaligned, which Noob Factory is usually pretty good about. (Honestly - why is it so frickin' hard to properly engrave the Rolex rehauts?? Anyone????)
As for what it went for, I don't know. I don't even know who Mary is. If is is running a 21J movement, probably @ $150. With a high-beat clone, probably @ $325. With ETA, @ $400ish. But don't quote me on these prices... they change constantly.
