I went to the AD's and tried it on few days ago....really a special piece...so rough and bulky, yet beautyful. The gen's AR is really stunning. and the gen rubber strap is large enough to round pc sams wrist twice!! this is a must have.
Lefty works OK only adjusting the time and manually winding it feels a bit awkward (I have to flip the watch and do the winding as if it's a right hander). Infact it is better than a non lefty as the crown will not dig out your wrist.
The size is super large caused by horizontal distance but on the wrist it feels like a 42mm watch :lol: I am of course exaggerating it a bit. It's really a fine watch for both small wrist and large wrist.
Ridiculous looking? I don't think so.
Wait for the next version. This is a fine watch but if you are a sucker for details, I bet you can find more than 10 flaws on this watch.
Do not cut the rubber too short, this has the adjustment similar to Rolex Deepsea.

I guess one of the big questions out there is, does the bezel locking button actually work or not. There's been a lot of speculation going around but people were mainly taking shots in the dark....so...does it work?

My understanding is that the button does nothing. Which is a pity, but hey, it's a rep...

yep, you can push the button but the bezel do not depends on it, its seems that V2 will solve this flaw

I'm still torn - the watch looks interesting but as a divers watch I'd expect it at least to hold in the pool. No way risking that witth a rep.
