Yea Darth I'd send it back for a better version or refund, at 750 this hublot should be flawless.

ok, so heard back from precious time..

we both agree that the dial (has a defect) and date wheel (wrong date wheel)..

option 1) he mail me a new dial and date wheel and I find someone to install..

option 2) i mail him back the watch, they install everything, and he QC's then mails back to me.

what would you do? I don't know how to install a dial or date wheel, and no one around here would even touch my watch, fyi i live in the sf bay area, ca, usa.

option 2 is what I took.. damn, 33$ to ship to china lol

PT confirmed that the date wheel was incorrect for my watch.. they replacing the dial and date wheel

Is this pretty standard? should I ask him for a discount on my next purchase?

EU
I would choose option 1 as we have some good WS in EU able to do the swap, no shipping delays..
but it's my opinion :q5:

is it normal for the clasp to be pinching my wrist? I tried tighten and loosen it.. with no good results

try to switch the strap around - to see if it might help just try on the watch with dial upside down/crown away from your wrist - if you wear it on the left arm that is. This should give you an indication whether it is more comfy that way - I changed the strap so that the deployment now closes from the other side and it is very comfy now

Ok, the watch is fixed and ready to be shipped out.
See anything wrong before PT sends it out?
