Hello all, I have had several ( 6 ) purchase over the last 4 months with WE. 5 out of the 6 have been flawless. The last watch ordered was a UN Maxi diver. It arrived, I gave it a shake and it ran for a few seconds. I sized it ( my mistake ) then wound it and it would no run at all. I sent email, and within hours they responded with instructions on what to check. Needless to say it was dead. After the second email they gave me instructions on how to send it back rubber strap sized ( cut )and all. I have been told not to worry ,that they will resolve the issue with no question. the watch should be to them any day now, and WE has continued to respond to my every concern. I hope the UN comes back to me running like a champ, and I have no reason to doubt that they will not do as they say they will. Only time will tell.

Ordered my Concord C1 from WE.
Perfect finish of it, every screw were tight and even cleaned from dust!
Way better then the pictures on site.
Forgot to check by mail if the watch were in stock when placing order but got a fast reply only hours after payment was sent it was out of stock, I decided on a more expensive version (happy for that now)
Really good response and extremely fast delivery ahead of schedule and packed in a way that made me laugh and most certainly would have made the watch survive a plane crash... Excellent!
So not much to fuzz about.

Got myself some shiny stuff instead of a bracelet for her

Ordered 3 really nice ties with matching cuff-links just to check quality and can´t complain.
Went smooth to order.
Will post macro shoots and full review (or not haha)
So overall pretty happy with both quality of products and response/ contact.
Sad to hear other got trouble, but how can one improve if no one point out the flaws?

Watchedem is affiliated with Idolreplica...if you have an issue with them just PM WE and they will help you out. I did that with my last issue and they were responsive.
I just received my Chanel J12 from them and it is great, no problems so I ordered 2 more watches. We will see what happens.

James, Idol Replica and Watcheden share a common owner but are independent sites. Watcheden are recommended dealers here, Idol are not.
We (RWI) have never advised members to buy from Idol nor have Idol applied to be a dealer here so we have no input or interest in how they do business. We do not own these dealers so we can not dictate how they deal with non members nor have we ever said we can or will go to bat to assist members with problems arising with an off board dealer. Yes, on occasions we have but there are no guarantees*. This is why we recomend you stick to our dealers. Alles ist klar?

Well, that gives a fella pause... I had been away from the boards for a week or three, busy with life, which interrupts most of us from the important matter of obsessing about timepieces entirely too often. As it happens I had just been looking at WE's site, thinking how cool that they have the Moonwatch w/ Lemania, 21J, and quartz movements, and thinking I might get a Lemania for moi and possibly one of the others (decisions, decisions) for my friend who had a gen Moonwatch years ago and 'lost it' somehow. Now I have to re-think.
BTW - any comments on 21J vs quartz at $108?? I assume the 21J will 'sweep' satisfactorily where the quartz will 'tick', but that's not a killer in this case. Any comments from those w/lots of experience about reliability/longevity of the 21J movements? The only other issue is keeping it running - I kind of prefer the quartz there, as I haven't stepped up to a winder/display box yet...

I'd go quartz personally.
The 21j will have faux (false) chrono dials that do not function as a stopwatch where as the quartz will have working chronos. The sweep is on the small second hand so it's hard to notice. That's another tell, the 21j's large second hand is always moving. The quartz may even have the correct dial spacing (or not).

So far my transactions have been very smooth
and I am extremely happy with the quality
I own a real Tag Carrera whic h I purchased 2 months ago
Had I known about the quality and finsih of these higher end replicas
I would have never made the purchase
