The Jules Verne is a special edition watch released in 2005 to mark the 100th anniversary of Jules Verne's death.

The watch itself is nothing that special (quite ugly imho) but the strap was a success since it is a nubuck alligator hide that gives a suede feel to the croc hide which is very unusual.

Panerai has released the JV type strap in several sizes including one for Radiomirs
