great submissions so far!

a few comments (my personal experience & opinion only - so pls don't take offense - not calling your baby ugly (or hard to read)!) ;-)

- i would disqualify any watch w/out great AR due to reflections under specular light sources

- i would disqualify any watch w/ more than 2 hands UNLESS the design causes the main 2 hands to jump out, and only closer inspection reveals the others (on some GMT & multi-hand watches it takes a moment or 2 to sort out the different hands)

- PAM & similar designs certainly qualifies as VERY legible, but due to extreme simplicity

the real challenge would be a more complex design that used great graphic design/ color scheme, etc. to also still offer instantaneous readability.

Sinn should get an award for hiding a GMT hand so it doesn't distract

IWC sure know how to make a chrono that's still instantly readable.
