help! just got my hublot

Wow, what a gorgeous watch (hublot big bang black magic full 44mm), but I am concerned about 2 things:

1) I set the date for today being the 13th and I only see a 3 and barely the 1 in the date window. Is this a flaw?

2) Around the date window edge it seems that there is a line or crease that is not black. meaning I see a flaw in the dial. pics to come.

Should I return it? I was not expecting to see these issues being that I paid 750$ (with shipping and WU fees).

Guru - What do you think?

i will take some pics tonight with my d90.. either the date window is too small or the numbers print on the date wheel is shifted in by a 1mm, thus hiding the 1 in the number 11,12,13,14,15,16,17,18,19

1-9 is fine because it's centered, 20-29 is so so because u can identify the numbers eaiser (its still shifted inwards), 30-31 are ok.

It's the printing on the DW itself. Not an uncommon occurence.

its a gorgeous watch, everything else was perfect. waiting for PT to get back from vacation...

is it normal for the clasp to be pinching my wrist? I tried tighten and loosen it.. with no good results

you're not the first complaining about it.

There are some mods done to the clasp to prevent it from biting your arm.
Try the search function.

I have no pics to post with 11 - 19 on the date window, I will check tonight. But you should be a able to see both numbers.

Try to wear the watch a little loose, it should help.

I am def going to return it.. i mean look at the dial.. it has this scratch or unpainted crease on the date window and not seeing the 1 for 11-19 is a pretty big deal.

considering i paid 750ish.. any advice?

I am sure that if we replace the dial and date wheel, I would be set...
