Question on purchase

I've purchased a rep from WBK last Sunday, April 4 and I still haven't received any PMs nor he hasn't replied to my PMs. Is this normal? This is my first transaction with WBK. I checked my CC and confirmed that my payment went through. I just want to know from other buyers if this is normal and I just have to wait for my item to arrive... Strange, but no communication from seller.

Are you located in the US? Based on my experience----- He usually ships out very quickly. If you paid on Sunday, he probably shipped out on Monday or Tuesday. He ships Priority Mail...takes 2-3 days for US delivery.

He has a pretty solid reputation for shipping very quickly. I'm sure you will have your watch soon.

I'm in Canada. I was just wondering he hasn't replied yet to my PM...Usually when I buy from other sellers/dealers, I get some sort on notification that they received my payment and will soon ship or item has already been shipped.

Stan is fine he has been busy with his personal life. Give him another shout/email and wish him the best. He will answer you. Canada post is difficult and slow these days. Customs is tough. Keep us updated but I wouldn't worry too much, I have never known Stan to stiff arm anyone and I have never had to mediate a CS issue with him yet!

I bought the same watch you did one week prior and had it in a couple days. I'm in the US though. WBK wasn't real chatty with PMs, but I never fealt like I was being ignored and I would gladly buy something else from him based on my experience. I had an ebay deal get goofy like this one time and it turned out the guys computer had crashed. Give it a little time and I'm sure it will work out.

Finally received my PO!!! Great packaging. Stan actually did responded to my PMs...not just through RWI, but through repgeek. No wonder.... Good thing my username over there is the same in here...
