The wrist is Gen for sure. No manikins were harmed in the filming of this wrist shot.

I am no Panerai Expert but that is a very nice watch, strap and buckle.

Yes, this is masterpiece of DSN. And yes, the cyclops issue is the only one, but it doesn't bother me at all. It has perfect dial and case back. Awesome lume. Tic tac is swiss, runs 42 hours and a bit more.
