Very nice work! Is the 1520 much thinner than the 1570? I’m wondering if a 1520 will fit into a MBW or cartel case? I have a 1570 in an old MBW 1665 but it won’t fit into the thinner MBW 1680. I wonder if the 1520 would fit considering the MBW is really a 5513 case....

A 1520 should fit into and old MBW 5513 case, but none of these movements will fit in a Cartel case.

I like when old threads are resurrected as clearly I haven’t dug deep enough into rwi. @tripdog what did daphuck metal works do on this watch if you can remember life pre pandemic.
