Roelx 6536 small crown sub

Final piece for today guys :)
I think the 6536 submariner needs no introduction. It appeared in the mid fifties together with its more specialized and famous brother, the big crown 6538 James Bond's watch.
The main aesthetycal difference is the use of a 6 mm crown for the 6536 and a 8 mm crown for the 6538. There were so many dial variations that it would take me a week just to list them, and most likely the list wouldn't be exhaustive :)

I stumbled upon this beautiful tropical dial and, as soon as I found a nice case set, I took the chance to build this watch that's gone straight into my personal collection.

Here is the list of parts I used

Vietnam case set
Vietnam true gilt tropical dial
Gen crown
Clark hands

Some more pics for you guys:

Hope you enjoyed :)

Really amazing Kilo...I would love one like this. The aged crystal looks so authentic - how did you do that?

Nothing special after all, just sandpaper in various grits, polishing cloths and a lot of time :)
