Hello Dear Vintage Lovers 
Today i will share whit the forum my latest vintage piece, the Rolex Explorer 1016 ALBINO.
There are few white EXPLORER reference OUT in the history, we have the really older explorer previous 6610 and 1016 whit white dial like 6150, 6298, later the white dial become more rare and the black become the Explorer color dial.
We still see some White Albino Example whit the Ref. 6610 White Albino dial and the Ref. 1016 White Albino dial.
The main difference between the 6610 and 1016 are:
- Different caseback (the 6610 have a "bubble" style caseback, the 1016 have the same caseback style of DJ 1601 etc.)
- Different dial text at 6 (6610 has on dial "OFFICIALLY CERTIFIED CHRONOMETER" ; the 1016 has " SUPERLATIVE CHRONOMETER OFFICILLY CERTIFIED")

When i see this Example, i really want one Albino Explorer, and my choice is the 1016.
This watch requires a lot of time in searching and build, it's really hard to find the correct dial for 1016 models, as i prefer to build this one whit the great JMB 1016 V2 case set.
The parts used for the build:
- JMB V2 1016 CASE
The case have the correct 1016 serial engraving between the lugs, custom Ser. No between the lugs (for 1964 serial like original 1016 whit Albino Dial) and obviously inside of case back.
The case is fully reshaped, aged and vintaged for the vintage gen feeling of a 64' watch.

- Custom White 1016 ALBINO DIAL
This dial is amazing well done, it's probably the best parts of the watch, i really like it, and is very good detailed if compared whit loupe to genuine pictures.
Added TC Hour and Minute hands, and a LOLLIPOP big second hands.
- Custom yellow cream lume on dial, on TC hour and minute hands and on Lollipop hands.
- Genuine plexy
- Genuine bezel (fully restored for a great polished look)
- Genuine 6mm crown (waiting for genuine tube)
- Genuine Swiss 2783 fully serviced
